Return and Refund Policy

TERMS OF SERVICE 

This Terms of Service Agreement is entered into between Prestigious Insights LLC and any individual who engages in hypnotherapy services. By scheduling or participating in a session, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms: 

1. Scope of Services 

The Hypnotherapist provides professional hypnotherapy services, including but not limited to relaxation techniques, guided visualization, past life regression, subconscious reprogramming, and confidence-building sessions. Services are tailored to the Client’s needs but are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. 

2. Client Eligibility 

Clients must be at least 18 years old or have written consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate in hypnotherapy sessions. Clients with certain medical or psychological conditions, including but not limited to epilepsy, schizophrenia, or severe mental health disorders, must obtain prior approval from a licensed healthcare professional before engaging in services. 

3. Participation & Responsibilities 

The Client agrees to actively participate in sessions, follow the Hypnotherapist’s guidance, and complete any assigned exercises or self-hypnosis practices. The Client understands that hypnotherapy requires an open mind and willingness to engage in the process for optimal results. 

4. Confidentiality 

All sessions and personal information shared by the Client are strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except in the following cases: 

• The Client provides written consent for disclosure. 
• Disclosure is required by law due to risk of harm to self or others. 
• The information is subpoenaed by a court of law. 

5. Payment & Refund Policy 

• Service payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. 
• Refunds will not be issued for completed sessions. 
• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled at no additional charge. 
• No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a forfeited session fee and termination of services. 

6. Non-Participation Policy 

If the Hypnotherapist determines that the Client is not fully participating or engaging in the process, the following actions may be taken: 

• The Client will be given an opportunity to address concerns and adjust their participation. 
• If participation does not improve, the Hypnotherapist reserves the right to terminate services or refer the Client to another provider. 

7. Disclaimer & Liability 

Hypnotherapy is a complementary service and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions. The Hypnotherapist is not a licensed medical professional, and Clients are advised to consult with their physician or therapist for any medical concerns. By engaging in hypnotherapy services, the Client agrees to release the Hypnotherapist from any liability related to their experience or outcomes. 

8. Termination of Services 

The Hypnotherapist reserves the right to terminate services at any time if: 

• The Client repeatedly fails to participate or engage in sessions. 
• The Client exhibits disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior. 
• The Hypnotherapist determines that another professional would better suit the Client’s needs. 

9. Acknowledgment & Agreement 

By scheduling or participating in hypnotherapy sessions, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
